Lambrini Girls “You’re Welcome” 2023. Limited edition “Eco Mix” colored vinyl, Big Scary Monsters Records. EP from wild and angry British punks. Two of the eight (actually nine) songs are live: “Fuck Myself” and “Big Dick Energy” (well, three songs – “Craig David” is not listed). The latter is one of my favorites – it also appears on their 2025 debut LP, though a studio version. Also awesome on You’re Welcome is the opener “Boys in the Band,” the grungy riot grrrl L7ish “Help Me I’m Gay” and the ominous “White Van.” I wish we could’ve caught Lambrini Girls last month when they were touring but we already had tickets the same night to Amyl and the Sniffers. The Girls are playing Riot Fest in September but….Riot Fest so probably a no.
